Items are either made from epoxy resin or eco-resin.  Please read the item description to find out which has been used.

Real tea lights can be used in eco-resin items only.  For items made from epoxy resin, please use battery operated tea lights.

If you need to clean an item, please wipe with a soft, damp cloth.  If necessary the item can be washed in warm (not hot) soapy water and then dried with a soft cloth.  Do NOT put items in the dishwasher or use cleaning sprays on your resin item.

Occasionally in very hot weather, resin can soften slightly.  Place the item on a flat surface in a cool area and it will re-harden.

Resin should not be stored in direct sunlight as this can encourage the UV stabilisers to degrade, resulting in your resin item yellowing.  If you take your item outside, for example as table decor, be sure to bring it back inside after use.

All coasters and placemats are heat resistant to 90 degrees unless stated so are fine for hot drinks and food.  However do NOT use them as a rest for cookware straight from the oven or clean in the dishwasher.

During to the curing process, when the resin changes from a liquid to a solid, heat is produced and this can cause bubbles to appear in the resin.  I try to ensure all bubbles are removed however sometimes they can become trapped and once cured, will appear as tiny holes on the edges of the item or as micro bubbles trapped within it.  This is a completely normal feature of resin and simply adds to the unique nature of the piece and is a sign your item was handmade for you,

Unfortunately, resin itself is not biodegradable and cannot be recycled.  However I try to be eco-friendly wherever possible.  The resin I use is made with products that would otherwise go to landfill thereby helping to reduce waste.  It is from a company that are committed to helping the environment and to be carbon neutral.  The packaging I use is also made from 100% recycled materials.
